@chenshi56 Hi! dont know Wudang Tai Chi but the idea of slow movement is to allow all body tissue, tendons and muscles to be in unison. Take Taekwondo and Karate the speed you punch and kick brings out incorrect alignments, easy corrected by doing? them slower. When each part of your arm knows where to go you punch faster, no wrong alignments, no broken wrists. Slowness you gain speed and softness more power

Excellent? !……..does’t this form incorpoarte Wudang qiqong into It?Slow movements….that’s great for “old folks”?maybe?..I’ll find a nice Chinese instrumental music of 17:50 for this video!
